If eligible, you may sign up for a low-cost ACA marketplace health insurance plan during the open enrollment period from November 1 – January 15. After the open enrollment period, you may qualfy for a special enrollment if someone in your household has experienced one of the following life events in the past 60 days or if you are losing health coverage in the next 60 days:

• Loss of health coverage              • Loss of Medicaid

• Married or divorced                      • Change in your household size

• Birth of a child                               • Moved to another county or zip code

• Low-income range                        • Released from incarceration              

• Loss of CHIP                                  • Death of a family member
