Most people without health insurance may sign up for an ACA Obamacare plan during the open enrollment period from November 1 – December 15. After the open enrollment period, you may be eligible for a special enrollment if someone in your household has experienced one of the following life events in the past 60 days:

• Loss of health coverage              • Loss of Medicaid

• Married or divorced                      • Change in your household size

• Birth of a child                               • Moved to another county or zip code

• Specific lower income range       • Released from incarceration              

• Loss of CHIP                                  • Death of a family member
